Programs

Elementary Education

The Elementary Education Program prepares teachers and other professional educators. Through this degree program, students will graduate from a Maryland Certified Teacher Education program that leads to a Maryland Teaching Certification in grades 1-6.

Family and Consumer Sciences

Study the relationship between people in their personal lives versus their economic space, including their impact on human behavior and development.

Physical Education

The Physical Education Program prepares physical educators and practitioners in the field of athletics. Within the Physical Education major, there are academic tracks in the areas of Dance Education, Recreation and Parks, Sports Administration and Teacher Education.
